Good day all,
I am none too bright, but I am persistent. Recently retired I have set up a lathe and mill for motorbike related stuff and making chips. I don’t know how anything ever got done without these machines. Sure, a day or two may be spent making a fixture or tool that saves five minutes but what the hell. Herein lays my mindset.
My lack of understanding of machine processes is both wide and deep. Fortunately there are some friends (very patient friends) who will answer my questions if I call from a phone number they do not recognize.
I have a current set of plans from RGG. Help is required sourcing the materials. I have read the instructions and this bbs\' FAQ. Since mistakes will be made I prefer a material list that is, shall we say, generous.
I look forward to this new adventure, exchanging ideas and begging for clueless newbie assistance.
Cheers!

Randle,
Welcome to the forum.
The material list is scattered over 20 or more sheets in your instructions,
and only a recommendation of material.
Good luck
