Title: Searching the Forum

I\'m still having problems with the forum search not returning anything. I have tried the search on both a Mac and PC with the same results. Very frustrating! Does anyone have a trick on how to make it work?  Thanks

Interesting, it works sometimes for me. For example if I search for \"Bolt\", the search fails with the following measage:

[size=85]The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: bolt.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.[/size]

On the other hand if I search for carrier, the search returns results. Go figure.

I don\'t know why the difference. Bolt is a common word in this forum but not like you are searching for and, the, of, etc..

It does find some words but words like barrel, breech etc. it won\'t find. Strange!

I want to upgrade the forum software to something a bit nicer. Search function would be a great bonus... I guess I need to spend some money!
