Took a break from the gat\'s today.
I finished machining my 80% receiver.
More like 60% , but works good.

Made from Aluminum bar stock.
The stock Ruger is cast Aluminum
-
Cutter,
Receiver looks great! Other than the rail on top is there any other changes to the receiver from stock?

Thanks Mike,
It\'s stock and accepts the Ruger bolts and trigger assemblies

Just finished two AR lowers
-
Are you going to anodize them or cerakote?

Cutter
Ar15 or Ar10?? All three look great by the way. Someday hope to do a 10-22 receiver.
Again nice job.
Later 42rocker
-
Nice work. I\'d like to see someone do a limited run on left ejecting 10/22 receivers and bolts.

I bought a Core 15 upper, so a matt-black finish matching the Core.
A Daniel Defense parts kit for the lower, and a Magpul carbine stock
-
I decided to leave the bare Aluminum,
I like the home made look.
It\'s a shooter not for display

Show spouse at your own discretion

She just might like that too much, better not show her. Is that for real, or is that plastic? When I anodized the receiver, I left it in the hot dye a little longer than what I was looking for so it almost looks black from a distance.

It was in an advertisement photo.
