This is what I use to make all my special cutters. I use a diamond wheel and make them from carbide blanks

Great tool. I made many a custom cutter when I was making injection molds back before reasonably priced three axis mills came along. Really simple to use and very versatile.

I have been a Mold Maker since 1966. I retired in 2000 and this my little hobby and I manage to keep out of trouble in.
