I\'m using acrylic tube for set-up, and checking dimensions before
putting holes in the big-ass tubing. I don\'t want to screw that up.
I decided on a two / one ratio for the gears. 15 & 30 tooth

The real change is in the movement.
The cams angle changes about 8Â° from 25Â° to 17Â° or
about 30% difference. Creating less friction getting to
the firing point, and smoother transition to the
recoil point.

Here I\'m comparing impact marks to determine the force needed for the Rat.
The casing on the right is from my stock Ruger 10/22 rifle.
Turns out between 2.5 & 3 lbs of force

I finished the propeller using Delrin, because it is a slippery plastic.
Should be stable enough with the guide on the OD.
Propeller is 7.875 diameter
