Ruger Extractor Details
« on: April 28, 2021, 09:00:20 AM »
I got a set of Ruger style extractors from Gary (RIP) but never received the drawing for machining the bolts for the extractors. Does anyone out there have a drawing that shows the dimensions for the extractors Gary had made that they could send me? Thanks Much!

Cutter was the person who first used the ruger extractors.    He did a bunch of posts here on the forum showing it along with drawings/dimensions.   Search around and you should find the info.

I was not sure if the ones Gbull had made were identical to Cutter's. If so I will search for the posts. Do you know if the ones from the group build were the same. Thanks for your help.

Cutter was the first to use ruger extractors and I believe all the ones that followed were based on his original drawing.    Not 100% sure of this, but maybe 95%

I have the drawings that G Bull sent me with the sets of the extractors. If you  PM me your address I can mail  you a copy. G Bull said the drawings were made by Rayhawk. Better chance of me piloting the space shuttle than trying to scan on a computer.
