What's wrong with this screw ?

It looks like a left hand acme thread in a 6-32 button head. That's a real unusual beast.

Call me crazy, but it looks like a left hand thread. But when I rotate it 180 deg. it looks right handed. Mobius screw?

What's wrong with this screw ?

The screw is not threaded.

It has concentric grooves like a Huck Bolt but the grooves are inclined to the screw axis. I other words there is no helix, only grooves like an osolating cam.

I don't know for sure, but I see it like gbull
right thread on one side and left on the other.
