Did you use some kind of blueing on your parts. They look real good. I haven't pollished most of my parts. I'm looking at Sandblasting an DuraCoating the external parts.

I used caswell plating Black oxide it works pretty well if it's about 120 deg F. I made the pins out of 13/64 O1 steel drilled from both sides then tapped with a steam oxide spiral point tap. I can't say enough about using good taps I only wish I had discovered them about 20 years ago

I used ceracote on the AR 15s I built and was real happy with the results. Bob
