Barrel Wedge Clamp

Sparky,
After reading your last post I was curious about the wedge clamp. I looked at my barrel assembly, less than a 1/16 between the barrels. I made a drawing to determine the dimensions. There is just enough space for this to work. I did not size the relief in the barrel ring for the extractor tip as I have not determined it's dimensions. I will work on that next.

I used the Wedge Clamp method on my barrels and it worked very well.

Nitewatchman, are your screws as tiny as #3's ???? Wow, that is tiny.

Correct, I am building the RG gun but the screw are still small, 4-40 by 5/8".
